Imagining a USA Marching Band

As we celebrate July 4th today we are reminded of how integral marching bands are to the celebration of our country. Across the country military bands, high school bands and even college bands are marching in parades or playing concerts to build excitement and spirit for the American holiday. Marching bands have been a critical component of our young country’s history.

We here at CollegeMarching.com like to imagine crazy things for the band world and so today we asked our graphic designer, the one and only James O’Hara (follow him @yesjamesisasian), to envision for us a world where there was a USA marching band. A band that brought in the best college marchers from across the country to perform at major American events like July 4th, the Olympics, the Presidential inauguration, etc.
