Longhorn Band Salutes New President

The Texas Longhorn Band welcomed new President, Dr. Greg Fenves, to the family by featuring his iPod in their halftime show. The band secretly worked with his wife over the summer to find out what songs and bands he likes to listen to. They then built their show based upon those selections. The band performs some fantastic formations including this one that shows his pathway from Texas to California and now back.

After the Longhorn Band finished their show the alumni band took the field. They are the largest alumni band organization in the country. In the video below you’ll get to watch both performances. Hook Em!
