The LSU Golden Band from Tiger Land dedicated their week 2 halftime show to the victims of horrible flooding across the state of Louisiana and specifically in Baton Rouge. Thousands of residents lost everything in the floods and the band wanted to take a moment to help pick up their spirits in what is already being called the “show of the year”.
Many members of the band had their own lives, family or friends impacted by the flooding which made this performance very personal.
We hope that everyone impacted by the devastating floods in both Louisiana and West Virginia this summer is able to get their lives back on track soon and we hope this show provides a sense of comfort for you all.
