There are lots of programs outside of Division 1-A football that have great marching bands. Sometimes they are at schools that you’ve never heard of before.
The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack Marching Band is one of those programs. They can go toe to toe with any band in the B1G conference and yet you probably have never heard of them before. Well, if you keep following our stories you’ll know that they are no stranger to our team and they won’t be a stranger to you for much longer.
Watch as they celebrate “Queens” at halftime this past Saturday. Yes it will include the band Queen, but it will also include some of the women who have dominated airwaves in their time.
