Everyone’s favorite band kid, Quinn, is back with the Cornhusker Marching Band in today’s episode of surviving Band camp. Quinn sits down with Doug Bush, Assistant Director of Bands at Nebraska to discuss, to discuss what is needed to survive.
While Quinn is only 5, he sure shows an incredible amount of knowledge about what is and isn’t needed at band camp. If we didn’t know any better we’d think that he was a college band alumnus! His insights are critical for all of you freshmen coming into your first college camp.
Quinn hits the nail on the head when he explains that, “if any of the flag girls is wearing high heels to band practice, say no no no. Get some running shoes!”
