While DCI continues to grow in popularity each summer, more and more universities and high schools are adopting the drum corps style of marching and performances. One of those schools that has completely embraced it is Texas A&M University-Commerce.
Located in Commerce, TX, “The Pride”, as their band is called, is one of our favorites. This band regularly pushes the boundary of marching and technology integration like Western Carolina University.
Their 2016 show is titled “Stone Cold” and features popular charts from today fused with corps style marching and complex arrangements. Their mellophone feature will make you instantly regret choosing any other instrument to march with. Wow.
